NOW HIRING – SMT Machine Operator & PCB Rework Technician

📍 Location: Hallandale Beach, FL
💲 Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced SMT Machine Operator & PCB Rework Technician to join our growing electronics manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

* Set up, operate, and maintain SMT Pick & Place machines.
* Perform complex 2-sided PCB assembly.
* Handle BGA (Ball Grid Array) and uBGA (Micro BGA) component placement.
* Inspect boards for placement accuracy and solder quality.
* Operate reflow ovens and stencil printers.
* Perform hand soldering and rework of fine-pitch components.
* Conduct routine maintenance, feeder calibration, and nozzle cleaning.
* Manage component inventory including reels and trays.
* Ensure production quality and efficiency.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of SMT assembly experience.
* Proven experience with 2-sided Pick & Place assembly.
* Experience with BGA and uBGA components.
* Experience with reflow ovens and stencil printers.
* Ability to solder and rework fine-pitch components.
* Strong attention to detail with small components such as 0201s and fine-pitch ICs.
* Must be able to commute daily to Hallandale Beach.
* English required. Hebrew or Polish is a plus.
