JCommerce Group is a multi-brand direct-to-consumer e-commerce company operating several
category-leading businesses, including KosherWine.com, Grow & Behold, Kosh.com, and more.
We specialize in high-quality food and wine delivered nationwide.
We’re seeking an experienced, high-capacity Sales Coordinator reporting to the CEO who is
currently managing the sales team. The primary responsibility is driving accountability across
the sales team. This includes following up on commitments, pushing deadlines, tracking
performance against targets, and ensuring agreed upon actions are completed. This role exists
to keep the sales engine running on time and at a high standard.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as the day to day execution arm of the Sales Manager
• Drive accountability across the sales team by tracking commitments and outcomes
• Follow up relentlessly on open action items, leads, and customer follow ups
• Push deadlines and escalate when performance or timelines are at risk
• Track individual and team sales targets and report on progress
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and KPI reporting
• Ensure CRM data and sales notes are complete, current, and accurate
• Coordinate closely with operations and customer service to unblock execution
• Prepare weekly scorecards, forecasts, and accountability reports

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, or Sales Operations
role
• Sales experience and interacting with clients a plus
Proven experience supporting a Sales Manager and driving execution
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Clear, direct communicator comfortable holding others accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance driven environment
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools required
• E commerce or consumer goods experience preferred

• Base salary of $70,000 per year
