Operations Manager
$100K – $150K+ (commensurate with experience)

A wholesale distribution company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the business runs efficiently as it continues to grow. The Operations Manager will work closely with ownership to supervise warehouse activity, coordinate with sales and marketing, and implement systems to keep operations smooth and scalable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to step in wherever needed to keep things moving.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience managing operations in wholesale, distribution, or logistics

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and workflow processes

Ability to analyze data and identify inefficiencies, then implement practical solutions

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with process improvement and systems implementation (ERP, CRM, or related tools)

Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments and with leadership
