Office Manager – Security & Transportation Divisions
📍 Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (In-Person Position)
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced security and transportation businesses. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and ensures seamless coordination across departments.
Please note: This is an on-site, in-person position based at our Deerfield Beach office. Remote work is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative functions, including scheduling, payroll coordination, and client communications
Manage office systems, records, and compliance documentation for both security and transportation divisions
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee files
Coordinate dispatch schedules, field trip itineraries, and event coverage logistics
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and staff
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role (experience in security or transportation industries is a plus)
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling or dispatch software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems quickly
Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting preferred
