Hands-on role running our tech stack + marketing engine. Roll-up-your-sleeves – not delegate-only.

Must know:
✅ Ahrefs, SEMrush
✅ Mailchimp, SendGrid
✅ WordPress, HTML/CSS
✅ MariaDB/MySQL
✅ Stripe/PayPal
✅ Video editing
✅ Social media video production & management
✅ AI image tools (Midjourney/Firefly/Flux)
✅ AI agent setup

You are:
👉 A doer, not a delegator
👉 Strong design eye – no “AI slop” visuals
👉 Detail-oriented & a self-starter
