Job Title: Dynamic Jewish Startup Coordinator
Location: Broward County, FL (On-site with local travel required)**
*About the Opportunity:*
We are a confidential, innovative startup launching in Broward County, introducing a unique service tailored to the Jewish community to connect people with local experiences. We’re in the early stages of growth and seeking a versatile, proactive individual to join our small team and help drive our initial operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats, contribute ideas, and play a key part in our startup’s success. Due to the confidential nature of our project, all applicants must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any initial interview.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Conduct research to identify and approach potential local partners, preparing and delivering engaging presentations to build relationships.
– Create and produce short video content on-site for social media platforms, capturing authentic moments to engage our audience.
– Handle customer inquiries and interactions via messaging apps like WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
– Assist with non-technical operational tasks involving Android-based devices, such as tablets, including basic setup, testing, and troubleshooting (no technical expertise required).
– Perform local travel for on-site activities, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
– Propose innovative ideas to improve processes, marketing strategies, and customer experiences.
– Support general startup operations, including market research, content editing, performance tracking, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

– Dynamic, self-motivated personality with a startup mindset
– eager to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort in customer-facing interactions.
– Proficiency in social media management and content creation; experience with video editing tools is a plus.
– Comfort with using Android devices (e.g., tablets) for basic tasks; no technical expertise required.
– Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Broward County.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Thorough understanding of Jewish traditions and their implications, with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively with the Jewish community.
– Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or community outreach is preferred but not required
– enthusiasm and quick learning are key.
– *Fluency in Hebrew is a strong plus.*
– Must be authorized to work in the US.
