Option 1 Residential is hiring a Construction Manager (On-Site)

We are seeking a results-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end single-family renovations and ground-up residential builds across South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from structural work to luxury finishes and pool installations

• Coordinate subcontractors, including engineers, MEP contractors, and specialty trades

• Oversee permitting, code compliance, and municipal requirements

• Track budgets, schedules, and project progress

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and design standards are met

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction management experience in South Florida

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and residential construction

• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

Project Scope

• Broward and Palm Beach Counties

• Luxury renovations, structural rebuilds, and new residential construction
