📍 Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper (Onsite) – Hallandale Beach, FL

We are seeking a highly organized, English-fluent Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper to join our team onsite at our office located at 800 SE 4th Ave, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping:

Manage daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks (expert level)

Accurately categorize transactions, generate reports, and reconcile accounts

Maintain spreadsheets and financial data using Excel

Monitor expenses, handle invoicing, and assist with financial planning

Support inventory tracking and cost control

Executive Assistant:

Manage and organize tasks/projects in Asana

Answer and respond to emails on behalf of the executive

Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars

Order office supplies and manage restocking

Assist with basic shipping and logistics coordination

Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment

✅ What We’re Looking For
Must speak and write fluent, professional English

Bookkeeping certification required

Proven expertise in QuickBooks and Excel

Strong understanding of numbers, attention to detail, and time management

Experience with physical product businesses, shipping, or inventory systems is a plus

Comfortable using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and email platforms

🕒 Job Details
$25/hour

6–9 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Onsite only – This position is not remote
