Bookkeeper Role
The Bookkeeper is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily financial operations of the company. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, processing payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Recording: Accurately record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and summaries to support informed decision-making.
Invoice Management: Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and oversee customer invoicing and collections.
Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll processing, including accurately calculating and recording employee wages, taxes, and benefits.
Commission: Compiling and analyzing commission reports to ensure accuracy. It also involves processing timely and correct commission payments to relevant parties based on established agreements.
