We are an expanding kosher catering and specialty food company, seeking a skilled and dependable Baker to join our team.

🧁 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and specialty baked goods to the highest standards
• Execute recipes with precision and consistency
• Support high-volume catering and event production
• Uphold strict kosher guidelines and maintain impeccable kitchen sanitation
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs proactively
• Contribute creative ideas for new products and menu development (for experienced candidates)

👩‍🍳 Qualifications
• 1+ year of professional baking experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of baking fundamentals (yeast doughs, laminated pastries, cakes, etc.)
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and collaborative attitude
• Experience in a kosher kitchen is a plus (not required)
