Job Description

Hiring: Amazon Catalog Specialist (Full-Time, Onsite)

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Expert to join our team full-time at our Hallandale Beach, FL office (33009).

Responsibilities

Creating and managing variation listings

Conducting full catalog audits

Fixing listing suppressions and errors

Opening and managing Amazon Seller Support cases

Reconciling lost or damaged inventory

Uploading and managing flat files

Maintaining clean, compliant, and optimized catalogs

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon catalog experience

Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
(formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Prior Walmart Marketplace experience is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

$23–$27 per hour, based on experience

Full-time

Onsite only

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Location: Hallandale Beach, FL 33009
