Director of Sales & Field Marketing
$200K – $250K/Year + Bonus

A well-established ABA company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales & Field Marketing to oversee the sales operations of its clinics across the U.S. In this role, you will manage a team of field marketers, create and implement a growth plan, and train sales teams to drive success.
Responsibilities Include:
• Sales Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the sales efforts for ABA clinics across the United States, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan for the sales teams.
• Team Management & Training: Manage and mentor field marketers, providing training and development to optimize performance. Ensure teams are aligned with company goals and sales strategies.
