Yael Adventures, a leading Birthright trip provider, is hiring a Regional Sales Recruiter to build strong relationships with local Jewish communities and drive recruitment for Israel programs. This role involves outreach, event participation, and acting as a community ambassador. Candidates must live near Miami, have experience in Jewish communal life, and be self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Nights, weekends, and occasional travel are required.
