Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify and develop relationships with real estate investors and brokers seeking bridge, construction, and rehab loans
🔹 Cultivate new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close transactions
🔹 Educate potential clients on our lending solutions and financial products
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan approval processes
🔹 Maintain strong market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends
Qualifications
✔ Proven experience in real estate finance, lending, or brokerage
✔ Strong networking, sales, and negotiation skills
✔ Knowledge of bridge loans, construction financing, and rehab lending
✔ Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
