Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience, ideally within the mortgage or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and email marketing, proven success in developing and launching sales campaigns, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to mortgage lending products and services.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build and execute effective sales campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including managing team members and external vendors.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and compliance standards specific to the mortgage industry.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry required.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Proven success in planning and executing sales campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• In-office presence required; remote work not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Encompass).
