The Shul of Bal Harbour, located on Miami Beach, is seeking a reliable Financial & Operations Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: Post Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Provide occasional front desk support as a back-up, including answering phone
Requirements: Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel. Strong math skills. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Capability to lift 15-20 pounds.
Preferred Experience: Experience with QuickBooks, Excel (including pivot tables), and ShulCloud is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Associate or bachelor’s degree.
Salary & Benefits: $52,000 per year. Health, Dental, Life, Vision Insurance. Paid time off.
