Yacholet is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young Jewish women (ages 18-30) navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and difficult life circumstances.

We are looking for a warm, compassionate, responsible, and highly organized woman to join our residential team and help create a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment.

-Key Responsibilities
* Provide emotional support, guidance, and supervision to residents.
* Help residents develop healthy routines, life skills, and independence.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive living environment.
* Oversee daily household responsibilities and residential operations.
* Communicate and collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams.

-Ideal Candidate
* Compassionate, emotionally mature, dependable, and organized.
* Comfortable supporting young women with mental health and emotional challenges.
* Able to maintain healthy professional boundaries.
* Experience in behavioral health, residential care, or related fields preferred.

-Schedule & Compensation
* Sunday through Friday: 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM and 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
* Two evenings off per week
*$ per week
*Housing and food included
