Job Description

Yona Capital Management, based in Miami Beach, is hiring an Investment Analyst for its multi-million-dollar tax lien certificate fund. The analyst reviews deals at county auctions and in secondary markets, checks that each one passes due diligence, and sets “bid up to” values based on the lien and the underlying property. They work closely with the CIO to refine those values, then place bids at the CIO’s direction, within strict capital and compliance limits. The job calls for strong quantitative and Excel skills, quick decision-making, and some travel to auctions. It pays $60,000 to $120,000 and/or equity, with 20 days of paid vacation.
