Financial Reporting & Underwriting Analyst

Location: South Florida (Hybrid/On-Site Preferred)
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Focus Health Network is seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Reporting & Underwriting Analyst to join our growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a passion for working with financial data.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.
* Build, update, and audit complex Excel models and spreadsheets.
* Analyze financial performance, trends, and key operating metrics.
* Assist with underwriting and financial due diligence projects.
* Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
* Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and ensure data accuracy.
* Work with operational and finance teams to gather and validate financial information.
* Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis techniques.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or related healthcare settings.
* Experience with financial modeling, underwriting, budgeting, or FP&A.
* Familiarity with accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and large datasets.
