Controller – Real Estate

Job would consist of assisting the CFO in all financial responsibilities which include the following:
Supervise the Accounting and Bookkeeping Staff
Review monthly Financial reports for each property
Assist accountants and bookkeeping staff with any financial issues that come up during the month
Prepare and review year ends for tax return preparation
Assist outside Accountants with tax return Preparation
Assist CFO with various day to day tasks
Manage Investor Distributions and correspondences
Assist with organizing and managing acquisitions and dispositions
Assist CFO with preparing Owner’s books and records for taxes and Personal Financials
