JCommerce Group is a multi-brand direct-to-consumer e-commerce company operating several
category-leading businesses, including KosherWine.com, Grow & Behold, Kosh.com, and more. We
specialize in high-quality food and wine delivered nationwide.
We are seeking a salesperson to work directly with our customers across wine, meat, and gifting
categories. You will be responsible for driving revenue through high touch customer engagement,
including existing and new customers.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, service, and brand experience. Success here directly impacts
revenue, customer retention, and how our brands are perceived in the market. This position requires
strong execution, accountability, and comfort working against sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for high value customers via phone, email, and messaging
• Act as a trusted advisor on wine, meat, and food selection based on customer needs.
• Drive outbound and inbound sales through proactive follow up and relationship building
• Build and maintain a book of business including high value and repeat customers
• Make thoughtful recommendations that increase basket size while maintaining trust
• Coordinate closely with operations, fulfillment, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience
• Track customer preferences, purchase history, and follow ups in CRM tools
• Support seasonal campaigns, holidays, and gifting programs with a concierge level approach
• Stay current on product offerings, inventory, and brand positioning across JCommerce

Experience & Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in wine, food, hospitality, or luxury retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to sell through guidance and expertise rather than pressure
• Comfort working with order targets, revenue goals, and accountability
• Highly organized with strong follow up discipline
• Customer first mindset with commercial instincts
• Familiarity with kosher food and wine is a strong plus. Retail or hospitality preferred.
• Experience working with high touch or concierge style clients
• CRM or ecommerce platform experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is a combination of salary and commission tied to sales performance, repeat business,
and customer growth. Expected range of $75,000 – $200,000.
