We are looking for a visionary principal for our special needs school who can:

• Foster a warm, student-centered culture rooted in Torah values
• Lead instruction, therapy integration, and whole-child programming
• Develop individualized plans (PLPs/IEPs)
• Guide teacher recruitment, coaching, and family partnerships

Requirements:
• Degree in education or special education (master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in educational leadership, ideally in ESE or special-ed settings
• Expertise in special education, differentiated instruction, and individualized goal setting
