Benny Katz

My name is Benny Katz and I am a long-time real estate professional primarily focused in the NYC area. I have been in the industry for over 11 years now starting out as a residential leasing broker and most recently with Marcus & Millichap as an investment sales broker on the New York Multifamily Team. I am 32 years old, married with 3 kids Thank G-d and I am looking for the next opportunity to boost and excel in my career. My main and biggest goals are to grow, succeed and build something great in everything I do while maintaining a healthy work-family life. I love what I do and every day is a new experience in this field. My family and I moved to Hollywood, FL from New York two years ago and luckily my wife and I both have been able to retain our positions remotely while needing to travel back to New York periodically. Recently, I left my position with Marcus in NY to forward my career in South
Florida real estate on the principle/operations end.
I consider myself a great asset to add to a company in this field due to my extensive knowledge and strong understanding of Real Estate as a whole. I am detail oriented, great with numbers, hard-working, and capable of wearing many hats while working efficiently and executing. I have always worked with
little to no supervision, no hand holding, an easy and quick learner and enjoy helping those around me and on my team being able to succeed.
I am open to exploring other industries outside of real estate whether it be in financing, project management, construction, etc.,
